Mr. Ray Simmons has held Chief Engineer positions on many diesel and steam going vessels over a period of 25 years of active service in the Merchant Marine.

He holds a First Class M.O.T Certificate of Competency (London) for Steam and Diesel and Deep Sea Vessels.

His ship repair and dry docking experience covers most major dry dock locations around the world, particularly in Singapore.

Mr. Simmons' experience includes Passenger Ships, Oil Tankers,

Bulk Cargo Vessels, Chemical Carriers, and Cutter Section Dredgers.

Onshore Experience: Mr. Simmons has worked in Southeast Asia and Australia on Drill Ships, Offshore Supply Vessels, and has had wide experience on ocean going Towing Voyages.
